Who We are:

Subacute Services provides specialized care in their nursing facilities in Georgia and Florida as well as Home Health Care services in South Florida and Puerto Rico. The Home Health covers a wide range of skilled and companion care services, allowing patients to recieve the highest level of care in the comfort of their own home.

Our Staff:   

Our dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RN),Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) together with highly skilled Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapists provide improved resident care and leading edge solutions in our various facilities.
